Sanctions for Infringement of Article 113 of Law Number 28 of2014 concerning Copyright as follows:1. Any Person who, without right, infringes the economic rightsas referred to in Article 9 paragraph (1) letter i for CommercialUse shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of 1(one) year and/or a maximum fine of Rp100,000,000.00 (onehundred million rupiah).2. Any Person who, without right and/or without the Creator'sor Copyright Holder's permission, infringes the Creator'seconomic rights as referred to in Article 9 paragraph (1) lettersc, d, f, and/or h for Commercial Use shall be punished with amaximum imprisonment of 3 (three) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah).3. Any Person who, without right and/or without the Creator'sor Copyright Holder's permission, infringes the Creator'seconomic rights as referred to in Article 9 paragraph (1) lettersa, b, e, and/or g for Commercial Use shall be punished with amaximum imprisonment of 4 (four) years and/or a maximumfine of Rp1,000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah).4. Any Person who meets the elements as referred to in paragraph (3) which is carried out in the form of piracy, shall bepunished with a maximum imprisonment of 10 (ten) yearsand/or a maximum fine of Rp4,000,000,000.00 (four billionrupiah).
