Concerning withthe settlement of human rights problems, the government hasrecently established human rights court as mandated by ourHuman Rights Law and Law of Human Rights Court No. 26/2000. Ad-hoc judges for human rights is now being trained toprepare the implementation of our human rights court.On top that, the Government and the Parliament haveinitiated a special effort in combating money laundering. Weare now undertaking a series intensive discussion to finalize theAnti Money Laundering Draft Law. We do believe that moneylaundering is one of trans-national organized crime. We do hopethat this effort will meet the international standard in legislatingthe draft law. Constructive inputs from both national andinternational resource persons and experts have been taken toimprove the draft in order to meet the international standard.[]
