I would like to stress the speech withspecial emphasize on religious community and ethnic groupsin Asia, which to my opinion is one of the most important factorin the determination of the security and stability in this continent.At the current situation we can say that the era of cold warand conflict of ideologies has been ended. Countries in the worldtoday are not divided anymore into capitalist and socialist blockswhich in previous decades was filled with tension, armedcompetition, bilateral and regional conflicts and even the wars.The end of the cold war brought new hopes to nations in theworld. Now the time has come for us to change conflicts withharmony, war with peace, hostility with friendship and goodcooperation between each other so that we can establish a newworld order for the sake of the wealth and prosperity for thewhole mankind. But the new hopes emerging at after the endof the cold war does not immediately become a reality. Inequality is still continue, between the developed countries andthe underdeveloped countries. Economic interests has lead farand causes poor countries left behind, and nearly impossible tocatch up their omissions with other countries which had achievedtheir purposes. Therefore it is not a surprise when there is theimpression and opinion of some Asian leaders, that actually theend of the cold war and conflicts of ideologies is no more than
