Violation of the right to freedom of movement, contraryto Article 12 of the ICCPR and Article 13 of the UDHR;2. Violation of legal certainty and the prohibition againstarbitrary action, contrary to Articles 2 and 14 of theICCPR and the Siracusa Principles;3. Violation of the right to an effective legal remedy,contrary to the UN Remedy Guidelines (2005) andArticle 2(3) of the ICCPR; and4.
